Have you ever looked into colon cleansing if so I'm sure you have had to hear about Bowtrol, the latest best colon cleansing product that's hit the market with a huge advertising hype.
What is all this hype about? is it just a marketing ploy? does Bowtrol really work. These are some of the questions you may be asking your self I know I asked myself these same questions when I stumbled upon Bowtrol.
Being both of a marketing background and a health nut I right away started looking into this product along with reading and trying to verify all of these reviews that were out there.
I am going to keep this short for now as I don't want to go into too much detail in this post as I will prepare a full out post about Bowtrol. Basically after reading all the hype about Bowtrol I tried it my self and have found it to work pretty good. It actually works just like Dr. Natura Colonix only a little different where it's not that strong of a cleanser.
Hope you found this post informative. Comments are more then welcome.

I have to tell you my experience with Bowtrol...not good. I was really disappointed...and I really gave it a chance.
I had this adverse reaction to Bowltrol. I have IBS, and basically I've felt like I've had the flu for the past three days, I had to miss work and my body was sore and achey all over. That was the probably the worst part. The aches. I felt like I was ninety (and I'm 27, so this wasn't normal).
I'm still having to take my every 30 minute bathroom trip, but at least I'm not falling over dead like I was yesterday.
My diet has overall always been healthy. I've been eating fruit and veggies, fiber, and drinking lots of water...but I've had to stop doing that all together, and I haven't been able to eat for two days. I've only been able to drink juice and water.
I stopped taking the supplement yesterday because I (physically) couldn't any more...but I'm still having a problem probably because it's still in my system. This morning I walked up the hill less than three blocks to the bus and I couldn't even make it that far. I had to stop in a coffee shop to use their restroom.
I really gave it a chance, but gave up after I researched two of it's ingredients: Senna and Cascara Sagrada. You're not supposed to take Senna for more than a week, even though the website says you can take it as long as you want (false statement). Cascara Sagrada is a glorified laxative. Also I've read numerous places that if you have IBS you SHOULDN'T be taking Bowtrol, because it can actually worsen your symptoms.
Actually you are supposed to feel flu like symptoms when you are fasting / cleansing.. .not sure about bowtrol, just know that any deep cleansing program can make you feel really bad for the first few days, it's normal.
